Chapter 3.12 - SEWER SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION FUND

The Whatcom County treasurer is requested to create and establish a sewer system construction fund for the district, into which shall be placed such funds of the district as shall be directed by the board of commissioners for payment of any expenses incident to the acquisition and construction of sanitary sewer system improvements by the district, and from which disbursements shall be made by said treasurer on proper warrants issued against the construction fund by order of the district commissioners.
