A. The district will join the water and sewer insurance pool.
B. The president and secretary of the district are authorized and directed to sign the interlocal governmental agreement creating the water and sewer insurance pool.
C. The district will be bound by the terms of the interlocal agreement.
D. The district will obtain its insurance coverage through the water and sewer insurance pool beginning June 1, 1988, and will pay the premiums and charges established by the pool.
