 __**SUBJECT:**__ ESSSB 5560 GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS REDUCTIONS REQUIREMENTS
-Whereas, it is the mission of the District to provide quality water and sewer service within the District’s service area at reasonable costs; and
