The board of commissioners of Birch Bay Water District No. 8 declare that the name of the district shall be “Birch Bay Water and Sewer District,” effective January 1, 1988, or as soon thereafter as possible, for the reason that the name “Birch Bay Water and Sewer District” will more closely reflect the services provided by the district in the Birch Bay area.
