Chapter 2.16 - INSURANCE POOL
2.16.010 District participation.
- A. The district will join the water and sewer insurance pool.
- B. The president and secretary of the district are authorized and directed to sign the interlocal governmental agreement creating the water and sewer insurance pool.
- C. The district will be bound by the terms of the interlocal agreement.
- D. The district will obtain its insurance coverage through the water and sewer insurance pool beginning June 1, 1988, and will pay the premiums and charges established by the pool.
