The various policies that make up this manual have been reviewed by the Board of Commissioners.
The policies do not supersede any existing resolutions, but act as a supplement for employees to carry out the intent ofthe Commissioners.
Upon approval, each policy will be dated. Each time there is a change in Commission membership the manual will be reviewed in the entirety.
New policies may be added and existing policies revised at any time.
