Chapter 3.20 - RETURNED CHECKS
3.20.010 Charges for returned payments.
A charge shall be added to each customer's account for payments returned to the district. Such payments may be marked “Not Sufficient Funds” or “Closed Account.” The charge for each shall be as set forth in Chapter 13.01 of this code.
