SUBJECT: Mailing of Letters of Information
This District will mail out information to individuals or groups of individuals generated by this District only. Letter originated by others will not be so forwarded by this District.
As an exception, information of a general nature produced on a professional level may be sent out from time to time. (An example would be information from the Federal Government sent out by this District to inform its customers of the dangers of lead in drinking water.)
